As the Townhouse is part of a community complex you have access to additional facilities. By exiting out the front door you can use the lift to get to the communal pools and leisure area. There are two main pools, one with a sloping access and sunken lounge seats, and the other mainly for lap swimming. There is also a children's pool and a separate Jacuzzi.

There are a number of very comfortable lounge chairs and day beds.

There is also a fully equipped gym and a secure parking area with two allocated spaces.

The community has manned security  and a lifeguard at the pool during open times.
